Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about the Job Exchange. Please review this before proceeding to place your ad.
What is the Job Exchange?
The Job Exchange is an online publication of the Willow Creek Association (WCA), designed to connect prospective staff members and open ministry positions together. The Job Exchange is updated frequently with new ministry opportunities.
What are the requirements for placing an ad?
30-word minimum. $1.75 per word. A 20 percent discount is given to all Willow Creek Association Members.
Advertising in the Job Exchange is open to any individual, church, or organization with an open ministry position or seeking an open position, who holds to a historic, orthodox understanding of biblical Christianity. Please select only the number of months you think you will need to run your ad. We are unable to issue refunds for ads cancelled early.
How do I place an ad?
Ads can be placed online by clicking here, by fax to 888-922-0035, or by mail to:

How do I pay for an ad?
All ads must be paid in full at the time of placement. Payment options are MasterCard, Visa, Discover or check. Currently any ads paid by check must be mailed to above address.
How do I edit an existing ad?
Ads may be edited online by clicking on "Post / Edit Job Ads" link. There is a $15 edit charge for any changes made to the body of the ad.
How do I renew an ad?
Ads may be renewed online by clicking the "Renew" tab. Payment is required at the time of renewal.
How do I cancel an ad?
Cancellations may be completed online. We are not able to issue refunds for ads cancelled before their expiration date.
What does the monthly fee cover?
30 days posting on WillowNet.
When will the ad appear online?
Before the ad appears, it must be approved which should take approximately 48 hours or 2 working days.
